The sausages are made by our local butcher from pork reared within 10 miles of Number 35
The bacon comes from butchers in Malmesbury who cure it themselves.
The meat is fully traceable and is from pigs that are a cross between Gloucester Old Spot and English White,
reared in Gloucestershire
